OUR NAME

The Rosewater name was inspired by the fictional lead character, Eliot Rosewater, from Kurt Vonnegut’s classic “God Bless You Mr. Rosewater” who chose to forgo his family fortune in favor of spreading kindness in his small hometown.

    Julia Celeste first washed ashore in 2000 as a summer kid. After 13 years of long glorious summers and an assortment of island jobs, she became a year-round resident in 2013. At Rosewater, Julia works as the Operational Partner overseeing the Market as well as it's sibling location Rosewater Wine & Spirits.
